Nothing patronising about it - the deciding scores were ultimately down to poor decisions, handling skills etc of the players.

Without those mistakes, the game would have been won irrespective of any refereeing decisions

If you want to find reasons for the result (win or lose) in any match, you could find it with any one of the players on both sides. Not sure how but i'm sure someone will hang this one on Paddy. Yes he made mistakes, but not as many as the players.

IIRC i paid £8 for the corresponding fixture last season, but it was at R'hill and had a more sociable 7.30ko. £5 sounds right.
