*christiany type God (white, male, big beard, sits about on fluffy clouds - you know the one)
I'm not familiar with this characterisation of God in Christian teaching.
Strikes me more like how God was depicted in paintings and frescoes over the centuries.

Re: Autumn International squad

Hansen is one of the form players in the URC after 5 rounds: Stats stolen from URC Site - Leading Try Scorers 1. Nick Timoney - 5 Joint 2. Gianmarco Lucchesi, Mack Hansen & Ben Vellacott 4 There is a separate debate whether the likes of Hansen should be able to play for Ireland via his granny f...

Re: Autumn International squad

Mack Hansen added to Irish squad after 5 games for Connacht. An absolute slap in the teeth for all Irish fringe players. Hopefully the motivation that Jacob needs to get back on the horse he was riding 3 years ago. Im sure there will be plenty of repeats of his try in the run up. Ireland under Farr...

Re: New NIQ

Fair play to him, but he's not going to have a long term future with Ulster unless he's IQ. It's a big stretch to see him as more than a bit part player for Wales.

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat Oct 23rd 5:15pm KO

If we are looking at bringing in NIQs, 10 should be the focus unless there is belief that Lowry is the long term answer with Madigan as his back-up. I'd like to see our current young props getting a real run at turning their potential into reality. Ross Kane is, at best, third on the tighthead dept...

Doak is 19 and on a steep learning curve. Expectations need to be realistic.

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat Oct 23rd 5:15pm KO

Good observation regarding Doak. He was chatting to the referee as if he was a veteran captain. He’s still a pup and needs to keep his head on what he can control. His babbling to the ref irked me quite a bit. Might it all be going to his head already? It irked the ref too and he was warned. I woul...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat Oct 23rd 5:15pm KO

10 is a problem I think we should persevere with Lowry. He is going to get things wrong and may need to unlearn some habits he picked up at 15, but he's got a great set of skills and is well integrated into the squad. Back row, as currently lining out, is the other worry. It's just not balanced. Mat...
