As far as I can make out,Rush would have to pay his 'own' way out of the contract,Cardiff as it seems do not really have the sort of money to do it on his behalf and if they did they could be fined.Powell is in the mix re Cardiff,and the signing of Parks,leaves them not that flush.The win in France ...

Do the Ulster Branch of the IRFU gain financially from the large amount of funding the IRFU get from the taxpayers of Éire?
