Re: The run in

Connacht lost Buckley and Prendergast in the first ten minutes plus JJH to what sounds like a nasty knee injury. Tough last three games for them, especially if the Stormers are going to be fully loaded. And our injury toll is also mounting, so it evens out. Munsters late runs coincide with their in...

Re: The run in

So what we're all in essence saying is none of us has a clue. It's like rugby version of The Diceman. :salut:

Re: The run in

Not now after capitulating with the kids in SA. Surely URC should be looking at Teams sending deliberately weakened squads and undermining the competition. With the league so tight down to 11th every game has huge bearing on so many teams and potential revenue/ qualification for EPCR

Was he not from Jersey Reds?

Edit, my mistake that was McGrath, another typical UR signing.

French ex Turnips, 1 cap. They must regret letting him go...

Re: Ulster v Benetton Fri Apr 26 7:35pm KO BBC2 NI / RTE2 / Premier Sports UK

Scrum a major worry, lacing quality and depth there. If Marty is done then we are in big trouble next season. Having said that, both EOS and Wilson put themselves about tonight and did well. Lineout was generally decent. Sheridan with a couple of steals was good to see as ulster rarely do that. Mur...

Re: Ulster's finances

Could they be paid from an ROI ltd company IE either IRFU H.O. or Virginia or Cavan RFC for example and UR loses this off their rebate?
Has to be ways of doing this. ROI is good at tax avoidance

With Embra and Westies with 5 pointers, think we drop out of top 8?

Embra and Westies all back in the mix.

Re: URC 2022/23 - Other Sides

Hairsprays win not good for us either as it brings them back in the mix, and pulls Stormers back down. Connacht and Embra also back in the mix

Not sure where the Lowry grief is coming from, thought he was very good last night. Other standouts where Sheridan and McCann, as has been said. Cormac brilliant off the bench, with the try saving tackle. I'm starting to think Andrew should be above Tom Stewart in the pecking order at hooker. James...

Re: URC 2022/23 - Other Sides

Leinster losing not good- prefer them up here well clear resting players for EPCR.
Benetton easy beating Dragoons. 10 pointer next week
