Re: The Golf

Sky have had Golf tied up for years about the only game not tied 100% is the Ryder Cup. Dawn to Dusk telly with Rolex as the main sponsor. Would be nice to see another Irish/ European win the Open. Rory has always had a touch of the Yips at Majors too keyed up -- which is sad. Started at his first M...

Jackson has to play -- he can't allow the verdict "deny-ers" to decide when or where he can play -- the idea that you can accept the verdict and still' believerher " is a myth if the jury had believed the complaint then they would have been found guilty of rape -- the jury did not believe or accept ...

Re: Gay Marriage

Big Mervyn it depends on who you see as the minority -- in this instance one could believe that Christians and or those who believe that marriage is and should be confined to describe a two sex relation legal relationship as it defines the status of a woman -- Thus recognising that woman who indulge...

Tap and go is not included in the script but it is only possible when awarded a penalty - assuming between 10 - 14 penalties being given in a match tap and go is only possible on about two penalties a game in a match lasting 80 minutes thus 95 % + weepee was actually on script .

Re: Big World of Rugby

On a different subject -- rugby this time very thankful the powers that be have dropped the idea of aN international league Competition -- there isn't the strength in depth available for such a demanding competition -- if you accept the Rory Best point of view that a party of 31 insufficient for a W...

Lurgan lad ' would you feel better if he had said "based on the Bible " instead of " from the Bible" the former would of course been more accurate, in some respects ,if your religion is based on an Old Testament view of God-- "the Revenger ": rather than a New Testament view of God the Redeemer and ...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

What has been signed off is the EU Budget not the EU Accounts . EU moneys are mostly accounted for by individual governments -- some are trust worthy--- others less so and as the Club gets bigger then trust is harder to find. But the idea that people voted for Brexit because of 'savings "to be achie...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

Come back when you find out the difference between a Budget and a set of Accounts .

Think in terms of your wife’s house keeping allowance — what it’s meant to be spent on and what is spent on may not be one and the same thing .

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

The amount of the saving is debatable and personally I doubt if money was a major factor why those who voted Brexit did so. Since as you have pointed out few if any understand the finances of the EU since the Accounts have never been signed by anyone . As some idiot into to-days BT states_===when th...
