Re: Squad depth 2024/25
George Pringle from Ballynahinch, a centre, also in on a trial basis but got an injury when out in Australia in May and not fully fit yet.

Re: AIL Energia Leage Rugby/Ulster League
Burke touting about the place and Hinch bought him in, even Instonians couldn’t afford him. A good prop is hard to find😆😆 But Hinch don’t pay players??? Burke was offered to everyone as far as I know, surprised Hinch outbid some of the Dublin sides. Jack Hardy is a seriously good pick up for Rainey...

Re: AIL Energia Leage Rugby/Ulster League
Dromore going for a real tilt at the league this year. May pip Skins if they can't add numbers Players being offered £1,000 a month to play at Dromore. Crazy, they have to be favourites, even with Skins intending to fly lads home. Article in the Newsletter about rainey saying they had four backs in...

Getting one I believe.
Him and George Saunderson are the only Year 3 academy players. McNabney, Wilson and McLaughlin are all only Year 2 but have been moved to development contracts early.

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
I believe Shanahan got a one year deal for next season. Leaving us with five senior scrum halves if you include Doak as a 9.

Re: AIL Energia Leage Rugby/Ulster League
Wilson, McLaughlin and Humphreys all development and likely to move on to other clubs for next season. Nothing will change with Queens and the number of academy players. The idea of the partnership is based on player development being accelerated by them playing on the same side regularly, apparentl...

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
Shanners is apparently staying for another year and McDonald is moving back so that leaves us with four senior contracted 9’s plus Doak. The Bann 9 I presume who you mean is Jack Hart, South African with a UK passport, played 10 majority of the year for Bann. Would be madness to bring him in but not...

Re: TRANSFER RUMOURS!!
I had heard everything was agreed but then Ulster went back to Bayonne looking for more compensation for the final year of the contract than had previously been agreed, maybe that’s where it all broke down.
Total shambles.

Re: Contract Situation
So the rumoured exits so far are O’Sullivan French Jones Shanahan Burns Marshall - retiring Carson Addison McDonald comes back from Connacht to fight it out with McKee for 3rd choice scrum half. You imagine Saunderson and Wilson go onto development contracts to replace French and O’Sullivan. Same wi...
