I was told he had an operation on the hand and that was going to keep him out for a few weeks at the start anyway. No idea what timeline there was on return though.

Re: Moment of the match
I called it. Doesn't like it up him. I enjoyed the band playing 'everywhere we go' and the crowd chanting 'Ulster, Ulster, Ulster etc.' Then 5 mins later 'everywhere we go...' Was back doing some light practice over the weekend, not sure if he'd be fit to be thrown back into a match by this weekend though.damianmcr wrote:Is Lyttle back in training?

Re: Kiss out?
Correct me if I'm wrong but, is Simpson a product of the academy or a club player given a development contract? According to his UR profile he is 26. Young for prop I know. I note John Donnan will be 24 in February. We really have very conservative selectors for the senior XV. Brian Leslie taught h...

The article itself was worse. They've it fixed now, but the picture did line up with the fact they mentioned Paddy Wallace throughout. http://www.epcrugby.com/matchcentre/32149.php Presumably they were just using the information supplied by the eejits running the thing, who also think Paddy Wallace...

13/1 was at the start of half time. When they saw the subs coming back out after PaddyPower had slashed it to 10/1 when I got on.

Re: Ticket Info for Quarter Final
poor form from UR not making childs tickets available. HQ payday me thinks On the other hand if we want Ulster to succeed and progress to World Domination then we have to expect that they will make money when they have the opportunity to do so. I'm just happy that I managed to navigate the Ticketma...

Re: Glasgow Away
myself and a mix of ULster / nearly-Ulster / weegies will be standing pitchside - could be a good bet as you get to move freely round east and west. That said it's uncovered and in Glasgow there's usually a high chance of rain at any given moment. If anyone wants to meet for a pint beforehand give ...

Glasgow Away
Right, so I'm making a weekend of it next weekend and hitting the Glasgow Ulster game before heading over to the Ireland match. I'm assuming Ulster didn't get an allocation for this but going from the Glasgow website it's at least a fiver cheaper to buy your ticket before hand from their website tha...
