I was asked the other day Why there are no handrails within the new stands even though there are rails on the steps leading up to the stand. I'm sure there is some reason for the omission but does H&S regulations not require some sort of grab rail in the event of a fall.

Good to see the seats going in but I'd have thought that the contractors would have installed the cables for the heated seats before the seats themselves, I can't see them from the picture perhaps they are concealed in the concrete
