Re: Bill Johnston

George Ford (although a Lionel) is a fine player and has had a solid career to date. He is two inches taller than Lowry and a similar build (accepted Lowry needs a year or two in the gym). If Lowry turned out to be the same quality of player with a similarly successful career as Ford I’d be thrille...

Re: TURN YOUR BACK ON THE IRFU

Totally gutted tonight. Simply cannot believe the hate mob and twisted Dublin media have won. The press and their reporting of the case need to shoulder as much blame for this as the IRFU and BoI. It became a witch hunt from Day 1 and the whole thing gained huge momentum. I’m finished with UR - not ...

Re: Who will decide

BoI’s actions today were an absolute disgrace. Using their influence as a sponsor to put pressure on the club to ruin the lives of three men for sending a few silly messages. Anyone banking with them should transfer their accounts tomorrow and tell them why. Their name should be removed from our shi...

Re: ULSTER V HAIRSPRAYS

Can we have a SUFTU3 tomorrow night throughout the game, support the team and let Paddy, Stuart and Craig know the supporters want them back. Hope this is not my last Ulster game but ready to walk away if UR and IRFU don't show some backbone and loyalty if the guys want to stay.
Agree 100%

Re: Ulster Rugbys hour of need

You mean the two men who are innocent of any charges of rape or sexual assault.
Innocent of committing any offence or of breaking any legal requirement in this country

Re: Ulster Rugbys hour of need

The two innocent men must be supported by their employer and reinstated immediately rather than bowing to the pressure of a hardline minority or this isn’t a club worth supporting. If they are dismissed (and after the expulsion of Pienaar last year), this isn’t a club that matches my personal values...

Re: Replacement 10

It’s very easy for those who don’t respect the rule of law of one of the most respected legal systems in the world to express their dissatisfaction by attending rallies, online petitions, tweeting etc. However how do those of us who respect the jury’s decision and don’t wish to see two innocent men ...

Re: Any word on the Academy?

Great to get a good few forwards in the squad. Especially 3 backrowers. Disappointing that McCusker didn't make the cut as he was being talked up a lot last season and started a few games for the As as a 19 yo. Said to be a big unit in the second row, which is exactly what we need. Looks li...

Re: Ulster V Cheetahs - team

If L Marshall is released then a Marshall/ Bowe centre combo would be madness when it could be a McCloskey/ Marshall pairing (assuming Big Stu not injured). Interest to see who Les considers his first choice loosehead this season. Last season I thought it was a position we were very poor - both in a...

Re: IRFU press release regarding Jackson and Olding

To think just a few months ago we could field halfbacks of Pienaar and Jackson.

How many matches are we going to win with the strings being pulled by Cooney and Heron/ Nelson.

Game over for another year. Oh the joys of being an Ulster supporter

Re: U20 6 Nations 2017

Disappointing Rea (Jr) didn't make the starting team at 6, especially with Cillian Gallagher out injured. Gallagher was the starting 6 in the first two games of the 6N.
