Posting nonsense in the middle of the night as some hereabouts do is a very worrying sign.
Early to bed, early to rise is advice that's just as relevant in retirement as in normal life.
Also moderation in all things including alcohol.

I'd rather this thread only had the occasional decent post than be cluttered up with nonsense.
