Re: Last KISSMAS
Having just watched the Munster Leinster game.....if I was LK I’d be hoping to hell for an Ebola outbreak in Limerick and Dublin this week. Both packs (reserve or otherwise) are better than ours, and god help the famed LK UR defence against either back line.....add another 4/5 tries to the tally un...

Re: Munster 17/18
Read all about it, Larmour makes first-ever start for Mexico, arsehats think he's a shoo-in for Ireland. Happy fu'cking Christmas to one and all. 5-9 Ospreys but Scaaaaaaaaaaalets win it in 82 minute after Ospreys get stuffed in a scrum in their own 22. Pathetic. 2 horse race. Get your arse...

Re: Munster 17/18
Picking the seconds was high risk by Cullen but it paid off and helped us give the kids some experience. Larmour will give Rob Kearney and young Joey a run for their money at full back. Leinster will always back their youngsters. Ulster will always back their daves. Larmour is phenomenal and those ...

Re: Last KISSMAS
Im looking at all these posts and I realise the whole set up has been put place so no one is wholly responsible for anything and therefore no one is fully culpable. Therefore noone and everyone is to blame. Compared to Saracens for example where the head coach small man takes it all on the chin what...

Re: FOLK
Liz... Kiss’s reputation as a defence coach is in my opinion in tatters (I suspect many other future employers have the same opinion)... his reputation as a Head Coach was non-existent to start with... if Gibbes hasn’t already realised his reputation as one of the best forward coaches in Europe is ...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4
I see what rum is saying koth that they should be beyond knowing the basic rudiments of handling and tackling if they have made it to professionalism. However there are still small technical details that can be refined that can make huge differences down to feet placement, winning shoulder collision...

Totally agree Jean.
Intensity breeds intensity
Not words you will hear connected with some of those players.
Individual hits on the Backfoot as opposed to collective hits as a group hunting the tackle Wolf pack style.

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4
EOS made the point about collision loss last night and Muldoon identified it as per his post match interview that they had set out to out muscle the Ulster pack. We have huge organisational issues in defence sure with Ludik all over the place in the vital 13 channel wide out However if you field a t...

Re: FOLK
I understand that the Sunday life is a rag, but they are saying that the blazers on the hill have had enough and are going to “pull the trigger” on his tenure. “Last Kissmas” is a catchy headline too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk We employ a CEO to make decisions. He fecked up the original ap...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4
Taking the Kofi logic a further stage further can we not blame the IRFU? How much of this farce is down to their interference and meddling in our affairs. Clearly Logan did not want to sell his best player and most marketable asset in Pieenar but his hand was forced. Would Ruan have been happy alter...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4
Liz, I think what Kofi is saying is not about the coaching , if you use your chain of thought then it's not Les to blame but the player, Mr Logan is in charge, very simple, he has overseen and ticked the box to allow poor recruitment of both players and management, you like others miss the point, h...

Re: Ulster Rugby Round-Up podcast
To be fair to the boys on the podcast they went against the party line with a bit of critique and concern about the Quins performance. Whilst we are still in European and domestic competition heads won't roll and they won't call for them. However supporters are angry and rightly so as these performa...

guys guys guys and Gary, can we all just calm the feck down, yes the loss was bad, but that's rugby, you can't expect to win every game , Connacht played well let's not take that away from them, our past has come home to roost, however there is some good lads coming through but right now we can't e...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4
This has been coming. Defensively shambolic yet again. Same problems with unforgiveable regularity, minus the class of Charles and Christian who have papered the cracks since their arrival. Don't field a starting side including Diack and Ross then wonder why we lose collisions. Don't field a back li...

Re: Ulster Rugby Round-Up podcast
Bloody hell. We've bigger fish to fry than that haven't we? I do quite appreciate an acknowledgment when i've gone to France or Italy and the players and Les are very good at that tbf. If I've gone to Belfast (a 900 mile round trip), I'm not that arsed. If you want 'fleg and muscles , I'll thank yo...
