Re: So say the 'noise' gets too loud .... and he goes ....

Having berated Les Kiss myself, I was chatting with a dog whom is very well connected with a senior member of the squad:- The problems lie deeper within the organisation than with Les Kiss, were his words  Yes.........Logan. I was having a conversation with another dog and they found it st...

Re: TMO protocol

Still not the point why can't the table be put on report if the ref isn't sure or if he is just make a decision? Great hit from Arnold should be allowed but isn't. No place for tip tackles so should be yellow and wasn't. The tip was a clear red The assault was also a clear red SA had 2 high shots w...

Re: TMO protocol

I agreed with IH in commentary that the initial hit was to the chest browner and there was a wrap attempt. Borderline but fair. As with Payne v Goode the fact Christian stayed down influenced the decision. But I'm a bit old school. If someone stayed down it was due to a great hit now it's because t...

Re: Ulsterboys V The Munstermen

First half was shocking. Thought the young back row did well in the second half- Rea coming on looked good which was encouraging and the backs looked dangerous when they finally got the ball. But that first half... The whole bloody thing was shocking. We were playing Munster seconds and it took the...

Re: Papering over cracks, Daves and Caves....

Ulster needed Munster down to 13 to grab the initiative....15 v 15, Munster would’ve won the game, once Holland went off they lacked leadership which helped. Thought CL was a class act, and nice having 2 dangerous wingers on the pitch, which him and DC unleashed in space. Showed once again how poor...

Re: Papering over cracks, Daves and Caves....

That was an absolute shocker. Worse than Connacht.
good to see Sammy still hasn't forgotten that he's an Ulsterman.
Our pack are totally under-powered and without a competitive pack, our backs cannot function.

Pity we can't swap Andy Farrell for Kiss
Stuart Lancaster would be handy.

Re: Last KISSMAS

Our defence has been exposed as being passive and easy to unpick. It was fairly effective when we were playing a very structured game plan, but this season it has been a disorganised shambles.

Barakat hated the confrontational culture of the coaching team, or so I was told.

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4

There is clearly a policy that we need to have a marquee player to sell season tickets and that must be the thinking behind Piutau, who is great, but not what we need. I dispute that thinking. My view is that Ulster supporters are invested in Ulster as a team and come to see our Ulster team play and...

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/rugby-union/42469741 1F Feels the supporters should listen to this, all okay then Stevie, guess who has had his wings clipped. That would be fine and dandy Les if it was a one off, but it's a pattern, not a pattern that's starting to develop, but a fully fledged, sure as ...

Re: Connacht v Ulster Sat 23rd Dec 7:35pm KO BBC2/TG4

Problems Defence starts with tackle technique. Too often we lose collision. Need to start winning collisions to get line speed to win another collision. I would like to know who is responsible for defence. That team last night was really an A team minus about 3/4. The depth of squad issue. If fit t...
