Re: Bath v Ulster
feck this Ulster team are tom kite. Haven’t been back since the PJ/SO decision and thank Gawd if this is the standard. I haven’t played the game in about 25 years and was a hooker when I did, still reckon I’d be better than that fella we have at 10! If that’s PJ’s replacement then clearly the ambiti...

I’m a bit one eyed but was the ref pretty shoite. Pretty sure they were offside a lot, it was a rip on McCloskey rather than a knock on in the build up to their first try etc...just think they got all the 50:50’s...
One eyed maybe but felt he kept them in that match

We will go no further with Burns at flyhalf. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk Agreed. He slows everything down. Wasn’t great today but still a relative youngster. Pretty sure Carty is 26, took him to then to get to this point for example. With 2 more years development I’d say he will be more tha...

Pander...now don’t be a Brennan...I’m not the CEO so why should I do his job for him? The previous contributor discussed the necessity of the CEO targeting the occasional supporter. However, not sure that’s exactly the right approach as the occasional supporter is just that. What is required is acti...

That said, as regular attender for 17 years and season ticket holder for past 12 years, I'll not darken the doors nor give another penny to the ># IRFU after their treatment of Paddy and Stu Fairplay. I know you are not the only one but people seem to refuse to acknowledge this is even an issue. I ...

Re: Glasgow Vs Ulster Fri 5th April @ 7.35pm Premier Sports
UR said he had recovered from his injury. In my own humble opinion he was not close to full fitness on Saturday. He is still one hell of a player at 60% but that’s exactly where I think he was, there was no real movement from him and definitely no lateral movement. He was there to do a job and it w...

Difficult to find the words after that...firstly congratulations to the team on a huge effort. We didnt get what we deserved! I want to be all positive about the future and all that, but Stockdale - really wtf!! Sorry, lol but at the end of the day that’s the lasting feeing, pretty sure I’m not alon...

The problem for the South is that the funding it once qualified for may be a thing of the past due the inclusion of Eastern European States . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Ireland has been a net contributer to the EU for 5 years. Not sure where you’re getting your figures from Merv. Anything I...

Well not exactly players and not exactly Ulster related but Andy Farrell and Nucifora getting stuck into something farily nondescript in Frankie and Benny’s in Glasgow Airport. Must have been on the pi$h since the Scotland match

A certain Slogan seen departing the Applegreen Service station in Lisburn at 8am this morn with coffee in hand....this was the Southbound station. Wonder where he was heading at that time of the morning on a match day

Re: Season Ticket renewal
Quick question folks. I have had a couple of season tickets for the East Terrace for many years now. In fact I've really only ever frequented that side of the ground. A friend has season tickets but he has always gone to the West Terace or the Prom of old. Now you can see where this is going!! So ba...

Re: Leinster 16/17
Conan had been great but the frenchies have been diabolical. Leinsters attitude and commitment in contrast to ulsters is startling. It was interesting to here what Sexton had to say at the end. He was very quick to point out the role Lancaster has had and what he has brought to Leinster. Let's be h...

Re: New tackle laws from 3.1.2017
So based on the tackle that's Reidy made last night are we correct to assume going forward that all you have to do is go exceptionally low off the corner of a ruck as the Scarlett's player did and it will be a yellow card and penalty try if contact is made as Reidy did. There is no way of defending ...

Re: Montferrand vs UAB Round 2
Another big game leaves me with the same feelings. A lot of "what ifs" and just not good enough. Only got back in cos Clermont eased off. There are very few teams in world (and Clermont are not one of them) that can play with that intensity for 80mins. Did we ease off last week?? Think a ...

Re: Montferrand vs UAB Round 2
I'm liking the look of big Treadwell. He brought something to that game today.
We probably didn't deserve anything but tbh I reckon anything Italian should be banned from this competition, they're just not up to standard...he gave us nowt and defo his decisions put quite a gloss on their result.
