:P

Based on last year's tour i expect it to be a free flowing affair with lots of spectacular runs by the Ulster boys.

Re: 6 Nations 2024

I see some people (not here) slating Crowley. Good learning for him and its not like there is another alternative crying out for selection.

Re: 6 Nations 2024

Conor Murray has been poor for years. Marmion, Blade and Cooney have literally been robbed of some caps over the past 5 years.

I get the importance of jgp starting for the tempo but Murray offers nothing good these days.
He was a great player in his day but that was a long time ago

In fairness a lot of the others came with little reputation but the likes of big Joeli and Dewey were absolute shocckers

Re: The skipper

The Ulster team is full of individuals trying to play themselves back into form or continue developing. Give the captaincy to Kitshoff and let the others focus on their game. Time for an experienced head to steady the ship for the remainder of this season and the next. A good idea, however, he need...

Re: Team for Dragoons

It was home to the Dragons. Even this season that is a guaranteed 5 pointer .

There are enough big games coming up but this was an opportunity to actually start looking towards the future and display some of the forward thinking sadly lacking at ulster.

Re: Dragons Pre Match Q&A with Jonny Petrie

Why did Burns start at 10 against the Dragons when he's leaving? If Flannery, Doak and Lowry are the options next season then surely one of them should have started this game? In the top 3 easiest games of the season.

Re: Team for Dragoons

For me this looks to much like a Dan selection to be honest Hume as Capt his showing last time out was a failure the decision making ,was questionable, at best. There is also a problem identifying who is the pack leader . When Ireland had an out side centre as Captain ( BoD) ,PoC was the pack leade...

Re: Team for Dragoons

Team is almost the strongest available barring the wingers. Treadwell just back from injury also. Must be doubts about Ewers next season and not exactly a ringing endorsement of Flannery if he is to be a genuine contender for the 10 jersey next season. A weaker team should be capable of getting 5 pt...
