Let's make Croker a fortress again!!!

Let's be honest, the Irish Crowd during the last Six Nations championship were pretty awful. At the Italian match things were so bad that a few thousand Italian fans comfortably made more noise. I watched that beside a South African who was at his first ever game in Ireland and he asked me if Irish ...

"You should play for Ireland, You should play for Ireland, na naaa naa na, na naaa naa na, You should play for Ireland, You should play for Ireland" Ehh, that was meant as a compliment. It was sung after he brilliantly set up Trimble's try as a mark of respect. We would have loved to have...

Most of the large filling stations north of the border have a cash point, but watch out for building society machines they give crap exchange and charge a fee, stick to the BankLink ones. If all else fails you will probably get away with € notes at the beer tent and get £ change, but no guarante...

Donny Re cash machine. If you're coming up by train theres one in the station. If you're travelling by car depending on the directions UUC gave you you should pass a few on way to Ravenhill but I honestly can't think of any in immediate vicinity of ground. Most petrol stations around Belfast have p...

Morning! There's a decent gang of Leinsterheads making the trip up for the match tonight. We're leaving Dublin about 2.30 so should be there about fivish. Will the ground be open that early (and more importantly the beer tent :P )? If not, is there a pub near Ravenhill that's rugby friendly? Oh and ...

Oh, and there's pics of me on my Bebo page (the link on my posts), you can have a nice glass of wine for me when I'm down in Dublin then!! Ta! Consider it done, Ulster Chick. A nice, chilled glass of finest Chardonnay will await you on your next visit to Dublin. And and good luck on your aud...

At one point I did consider standing on a table in the beer tent and asking "Who is the Ultimate Ulster Chick?" But then I thought I might create a Spartacus-like scenario with all these various Ulster women shouting "I am the Ultimate Ulster Chick", "No, I am the Ultimate ...

Cool Rooster, I thought it'd be fine, but thought I better qualify it just in case!! See everyone this evening! :D Well, Ulster Chick, thanks very much for the directions. They worked a treat. We just parked across the road and there was no hassle. Shame about the lousy match but the Leinst...

Oh believe me, I will. After our last visit for the 6-all draw in December that was played in apocalyptic conditions, I know to wrap up well.

Oh by the way, what's the weather like up there today?

It was a bit icy down here this morning but nothing too bad. I saw on the news that you got hit by the snow yesterday. I trust it's better today?

No problem. As I'll be on the dry, it would be a pleasure to buy SOMEONE a pint.

That beer tent better be open, cause we're going straight to the ground and will need watering and feeding after our long and arduous trip!

Thanks Ulster Chick,

The second one made more sense on my road map alright, but it's no harm to have the local street names either. I'll print them both off and hope for the best.

Much obliged.
