Basically an NIE player brought here with IRFU approval to become eligible to play for Ireland after 3 years residency Shan.

R. Diack was one in his first 3 years.

When did NOC get this injury - in a match or training? I believe he took a knock in the Edinburgh game and was replaced on 55 mins.
