Re: A little bit of politics folks`

I honestly tried today with an open mind to watch Armagh v Donegal. Maybe it wasn’t typical (?) but why anyone would even think of spending £300 odd million on a stadium for this boring nonsense ( it was a bit like watching end to end basketball, you score, we score) is beyond me. If anyone in Trea...

I heard that Emma Little-Pengelly, (Deputy or Joint First Minister - whatever you want to call her) enjoyed seeing the Aurora Borealis a couple of nights ago. She asked Michelle O'Neil if she had seen "The Northern Light"s , but apparently Michelle had only seen "The North of Lights&...

Re: Ulster Drugby

Too good a heading not to move from finances thread.. As a landlord UR are at arms length with using a management company to rent property but at the same time it is adjacent and attached to the stadium. I have in the past queried why UR have spent £500,000 on a house described as an investment at ...

I think a win on sat against leinster should secure a top 7 place, so that needs to be the target. All depends on how much Leo wants to risk the 23 for the euro final and even then we will need to be much better than yesterday. Hopefully munster can win in Edinburgh and the bulls turn over benetton...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

I hear the row between UK and Ireland about returning refugees has turned nasty already. Two refugees picked up by Garda having come across the border from Norn Iron were told they would be returned to Newry, but they're demanding to be sent to Ruanda instead. I think you're spelling has been ruane...

Just had a look at the highlights. Their last two tries... how on earth did they turn over the ball for the third try? CAn somebody talk me through it??? And their fourth, how were they allowed to take the quick penalty, while the yellow card was still being shown? ... and the Strangler tried to gi...

Re: The run in

We're comfortably sixth favourites to win the Grand final so the bookies obviously fancy Ulster to make top 8. 16/1 seems very generous (or stingy depending on what way you look at it) mind Leinster 4/7 Bulls 13/2 Munster 7/1 Stormers 10/1 Glasgow 12/1 Ulster 16/1 Connacht 40/1 Edinburgh 50/1 Benett...

If Carre touched that ball with a forward motion it was a knock on regardless of where the momentum of the ball took it afterwards.

The last 2 decisions were correct and the Cooney one looked wrong.

Re: URC 2022/23 - Other Sides

37 12 What happened to the strength in depth? They’re just working out who to send up the road. Hopefully they'll be in Lahndahn the following week. For reference, in the benchmark nadir season of 2007/2008 Ulster also played 18 in the league, won 6 drew 1 and lost 11. No Italians or Saffer teams t...
