Not sure where you're coming from there 'Blow in'...Yes, there is a target weight matrix (for obvious reasons)...but there are lads there who are above & below...

So there's talent out there, I assume that the talent spotters are relaying that information to the coaches who I am assuming are then doing little to nothing with it. I would refer to my previous post...if guilty of anything then the Coaching staff should have had a more battled hardened team read...

Given that, in the last 3/4 years McCloskey and Gilroy were both initially overlooked by our so-called experts I really struggle to have any confidence that our 'pathway' coaches have any real competence.
