The English championship and leagues 1 and 2 are a good standard of rugby to watch. As is the AIL it's real rugby without the shine and wannabee walkers you now get at ravenhill

Ludik is coaching there, and has made a difference, they added maybe 5 players this year , I think in their last AIL game they had 9 former pupils playing. I expect them to show well in 2B next year.

Instonians 12 from 12 massive points difference, should be a shoe in for promotion

Believe so MCB players was rescinded as it was him that got punched.
so you would expect the same ban if the MCB player was the agreaaor in the Dalriada game.

Correct but the Inst player got a 3 match ban

he should be banned as Inst 7 was after being sent off against MCB.

They were the best medallion team that year as well

Inst lost to Rock 6-3 missing 5 1st XV players and also put 30+ points on belvedere. Admittedly poor results mid season largely down to missing 8 first team players.
