Re: Munster 2019/20

Seriously, what in the feck is the point of having the likes of the Southern Kings in the league. Utterly hopeless.

Re: 6N 2020

Shan -- if the referee has not seen the grounding -- and looks at the ASSistant referee -- who says yes -- who is making the decision ? The decision to award or not award the try is being made by the referee. The assistant is only providing data to the referee which the referee can use in his decis...

Re: 6N 2020

Nobody suggested the AR should award a try. I suggested AR's should be capable of seeing things right in front of them. Radical I know....

Re: 6N 2020

I saw the grounding for VDF's try even without requiring a replay. Not an iota of a doubt about it. To be fair to Poite refs can miss these things if they are in the wrong place. Their assistants should be helping more. I've lost count of the amount of times a guy grounds a ball right in front of an...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

I object to Ireland being called a Celtic country or a Celtic Nation. The blow-in Celts only arrived approx 2500 years ago. My family were here a few thousand years before that. Fecking Celt invaders!!

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

The Republic of Ireland easily affords a welfare state with benefits higher than in the UK while running a budget surplus, having full employment and a growing economy. The Republic has, however, a problem with health as it spends as much as the UK but gets poor value for money. The rising populati...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

I reckon a SF govt in the Republic puts a UI backward. They'll f**k it up to the point where the economic voter won't be interested. Or they could be a roaring success and eventually Ireland united and free could take its place among the most successful and best managed countries in the world. Up t...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

Take it it's still FG in leafy D4? Well Eoghan Murphy FG (Housing Minister) retained his seat in Dublin Bay South. You'd imagine if he was in almost any other constituency he would have lost out. FG did not get the second seat. Even here SF grabbed a seat......though it was Chris Andrews. The Andre...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

Not all young misguided and forgetful innocents then?! Being honest I don't like it. I'm one who has never voted for SF and have not been persuaded of a reason to do so. However this guy does not have a history as a RA head so I'd be inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt and put it down to ...

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

So what is the excuse for poor social housing across GB, including Glasgow as you've mentioned. I'm not disputing there are issues with a smaller economy but a lot of the housing issues is down to political will. Those who are profiting from the housing issues are the top priority for FF as always a...

Uh oh one of the shinner TD's is caught on video saying "Up the Ra" in a pub in Waterford after his election victory. Dublin Media will absolutely love this but it is hard to get away from the fact it is seriously dumb.

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

Absolutely Amiga. I think SF were planning to be a strong opposition party but they can't afford to ignore the electorate now. Folk want a change of government. They didn't vote for the 'left' just so they could sit on the oppo benches and whinge away for the next few years. However there is no doub...
