Simmonds and Williams both part of the better exeter sides in recent years.
Familiarity may be their downfall, but it will still be close. When did ulster ever make it easy? A cheetahs and ulster combo would be a nice surprise.

Re: Bobby B

Fail to see what Bobbie B will add to the 7s squad as they are a professional outfit with players as quick as him. I fear him not making the squad will be a further kick in the nads as well as stalling his 15s game.

Re: Where does the future lie?

Anyone with an interest in the long term health of rugby in ulster understands the need for a wide player base and better pathways via the club system. 3-4 schools are not going to supply the player pool needed to support professional rugby and a successful club game in the AIL. the clubs have acces...

Re: Montpellier v Ulster, Sunday April 7 12:30pm KO (UK Time), Viaplay Sports

So with lowry and treadwell out this weekend does that settle a few Selection issues? For me, moore should come in at 15 with Addison dropping to the bench. If ewers is fit then Sheridan alongside hendo in the row with mcann and timoney at 7 & 8. If ewers not fit, then do we start izzy and keep ...

A front row is only as good as the weakest link. No point SK being dominant if the other side is retreating or popping up every other scrum. In that regard he is not worth the return on the investment as opposed to a good 8,9,10 who can make things happen on their own.

Re: Stormers v Ulster Saturday March 30th 5:15pm Viaplay Sports

Cam someone explain the penalty for tackling in the air from the Stewart over throw? Was the stormers player legally able to go for the ball? They weren't in the lineout and weren't back 10 so the only thing could be if they were the nominated scrum half (which I doubt). Surely the lineout was forme...

Looking at fixtures to come both benneton and the ospreys have to go to SA still. Benetton come to us and Ospreys go to leinster also. Still a big opportunity to to finish 6th.

Fantastic effort from the lads. A pack of Warwick, Stewart, Wilson, Sheridan, izzy, mccann, rea, timoney digging in.
Jury still out on doak
A few poor decisions from us and the ref went against us, but more positives than negatives on the whole.

Most blatent off feet u will ever see on 76 minutes. Ref bottled it. Leads to stormers 50-22 and us likely losing our BP.
