My take would be that many people would rate O'Donnell ahead of the scrumhalves ahead of him at his age group - Stewart & Stronge along with other scrumhalves involved at Ulster but due to off the field differences with Kieran Campbell, O'Donnell has been dropped and hasn't gotten a fair shot. ...
