Full credit to Ulster. You won the second half.

Re: Ulster v La Rochelle - Saturday (Sunday?) Ravenhill (RDS?)

Ulster seem to have left their good form in the URC behind. It's hard to see a way forward in the European game this season judging on this performance. Men against boys to be honest.

Re: Big World of Rugby

This puts Qatar in perspective and says a lot about how the RWC 2023 was set up: "Bernard Laporte, the head of the French Rugby Federation, got a two-year suspended prison sentence and a €75,000 fine after being found guilty in a trial over influence peddling and illegally acquiring assets. In ...

Simply the worst performance from Ulster, maybe forever. I can see no redeeming feature.
How Mc Farlane recovers will be fascinating to see.

Re: Leinster v Ulster Sat 3rd Dec 19:35 Viaplay Sports 1

Great contest, as I had predicted.
I think it will be good for both teams to have had a full on match before the European action starts next week.
Our forwards really took it to Ulster and the backs, especially Ringrose, clicked in the second half.

I am really looking forward to a very competitive match. Ulster are certainly on a par with Leinster at the moment. Very little between the players picked for this evening.

Re: Autumn Internationals 2022

I would love to see PJ play for Ireland but that ship has sailed. The world is even more of a woke, feminist place than it was in 2018. The Union is under constant attack over its apparent discrimination against women in rugby to the extent that, in order to avoid criticism, it has to divert €5.5 mi...

Re: Autumn Internationals 2022

After such a poor autumn series, it looks all the way downhill from here for Ireland. Another quarter-final exit beckons.

Gibson Park was the difference.
His tempo and the way he drew the SA defenders for Hansen's try.. class.

Re: Autumn Internationals 2022

Conor Murray playing? :( Not only will we lose but the game will be deadly boring and filled with box kicks.
Rassie must be laughing.

It would be a threat, only it's already happened. Keep enjoying the sunny uplands of Brexit.

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

It should be on the heads of the Brexit voters and some day it will be. That day may come sooner than we thought as the consequences become clearer.

Re: A little bit of politics folks`

The UK should move gradually over a generation to the Norway option of being in the Single Market while remaining outside the EU proper. I don't think you really wanted the especially hard form of Brexit that you ended up with. Cutting yourselves off from your main market for your principles is cour...
