Anybody got it and could give a simple explanation as to how it works? Confusing and the manual aint the greatest with it!

Depends which version you have RHS, it's not easy to handle and manual is crap as you say, what you trying to do ?

Many graphic designers' entire career is just based on being a whizz with Photoshop so I don't think you are going to get a simple explanation....

For anything other than simple tasks like using the quick fix tools for photographs, you need to get your head around the "layers" concept that is used for building up images.

You might be better starting with Photoshop Elements which is the cut-down version and getting a "How to" or "For dummies" type of book in the computer section of a bookstore - there are lots available.
