The quality of the UAFC website

Post by UlsterInDublin »

Hi,

As a first time poster, and avid Ulster fan, can I ask who is responsible for updating the website? Some features/articles, such as 'Yer Man in the Stand' are highlighted as being newly updated when in fact they are stories of a year or more old.

Just trying to be helpful- more people will come back if they like what they see!

Cheers

Fermain, I have my baseball bat and can be in Dublin in a little over an hour - just say the word!

Can I come out from behind the sofa yet?

I refer you to the ;).

Fermain, who owns this zoo, has, in my experience, always been more than happy to accept constructive critism. Welcome aboard UiD! :salut:

Fair enough, just seems a lot of sections out of date and not current- Magners League table not updated, latest news is from April when you click on that link etc.

As i said, just trying to be constructive!

Good to have you on board indeed and valid points re. the updating....however...you need to have much thicker skin than that if you are to survive here it can be fairly vociferous but most of it is tongue in cheek so enjoy!!

I'm getting mixed messages here Fermain. Should I be hunting out that €1.80 toll money, or not?

Latest news page and Magners table my fault as forgot to update them when I added the new players articles on index page, perhaps Magners table should be wiped of last seasons disaster anyway
Anyone who would like to contribute articles is welcome to do so and Im sure the match reporters would welcome help at times!
BR in fetch
