Force Defeat the Bulls

Post by the lone hydrangea »

Force defeat the Bulls 30 to 27 in a nerve wracking game at Loftus Versfeld.
Trailing 17 to 6 shortly before halftime before Cam shepherd slots a penalty, to go in 8 in arrears.Second half, all the Force possesion with excellent tries by Shepherd on the wing and a awesome try by the Loosehead Gareth Hardy.Bulls came storming back playing their 10 man rugby but with some grand defending we held the buggers out for a stunning win.
Force have now in their short history 3 wins all in South Africa, which is bizzare in its own right.Next Saturday we play the Lions from Joburg at Subiaco, hopefully our first home win and get the monkey off our backs.

well done the force,

Ulster just made a struggle out of what began as a stroll to defeat the dragons 14-7 - no bonus for Ulster who really needed one to keep their title claims alive....
