I reckon final will be MCB v CCB.

Pity because CCB cancelled the Ulster sevens last year because they made the cup final.

You will be alright this year, Armagh owe them one after last years final so CCB should be fit to hold the 7's this year

CCB 12 - 10 RSA

RSA dominated possession and territory & were probably the better side but Campbell got two chances & took them. Assuming Wallace don’t cause an upset if MCB are as good as everyone thinks they could win this with something to spare.
