I know that, was just saying like. Turnips probably have 2 players for each position lined up if needed and D4 will sub them

The Ulster Rugby medical team have issued a squad update following Saturday’s Heineken Champions Cup fixture against Leicester Tigers.

Iain Henderson suffered a finger injury that is likely to keep him sidelined for several weeks. This fresh injury is unrelated to his recently injured thumb.
Sean Reidy suffered a hand injury which will require surgery later this week.
Billy Burns sustained a concussion and will follow the return to play protocols.
Marcell Coetzee sustained a hamstring injury and will be scanned today.
I have my own tv channel, what have you got?

Timoney and Ross for 2. Jones perhaps at 6? This is a big game in light of the top 3 places in the conference. Need a win and preferably 5 match points but it could well be tough. Take it Italy are in camp this week with no players released?

I'd have Greg Jones and Caleb Montgomery alongside Timoney.

Whether through choice or necessity we need to look at some other backrow options. We have been relatively blessed in that department this season in terms of injuries, but can’t keep relying on 4 players.

This is not a match to trying things out in unless absolutely necessary, it's an 8 point swing in our league pool that is at stake.

I wasn’t being serious but John Andrew could bench.

I had forgotten about John so it is a break glass in emergency option.

My first thought. Best time for a wee rest.

On another note, I see the tennis players are swilling "pickle juice" to ward off cramp. Fools the brain and muscles apparently.
