A few lucky boys in there.

Can’t see 7 of them playing anymore than 3 games for ulster. A few future Jersey players.

Equally 7 players there who could have long careers at Ulster.

Very disappointing then considering the following have been dropped?
No Ethan McIlroy, Lewis Finlay,
Conor McMeniman – Letterkenny
Dave O'Connor – lock or backrow
Michael Stronge – U22
Rhys O'Donnell – or centre/wing
Ben Power – U20

McIlroy and O’Donnell are the two that really hurt. The rest would be lucky to start for Hinch.

When the faces don’t fit with certain people.

Hall
Reid
Stewart
McCann
Allison
Moore
Sexton

They should all have decent Ulster careers.

Don't know enough about Hyde.

I'd love to be proven wrong but I don't think anyone in years 3 and 4 will make it either due to continuous injuries or not good enough.

Would agree, and it's a real shame about Hall as he could really have been something if not for these constant shoulder problems, really hard to see him getting past that.

Allison has a fair bit of hype behind him but if you were go by this u20s campaign you'd have strong doubts about him. As compared to McCann who was absolutely flying and looks like he could be involved with the senior team rather soon. To be fair to Allison though, he has missed out the majority of this season.

I'd also say, it's possible given the very small (and lacking in some regards) nature of the academy class, we maybe could see some additions following the development preseason games.

Yeah I'd be interested to see who is in the sub academy. You also don't know wether some of these lads want to go straight into the academy from school, sub academy is supposed to be a bit less intense and didn't Reid take a year off first?
