With a new season on the cusp, this wee friendly was a proving ground to see some new talent, and old. Who was your Man of the Match?

I went for Franco based purely on the authority he stamped on the game from the first whistle.

Rory Scholes was dangerous every time he got the ball, just the one minor slip when he dropped an easy high ball but apart from that I thought he was good.

Scholes by a long way. As an aside, I thought Bronson Ross went well for his 20min. Seriously. Couple of good carries, one massive hit, and looked ok scrum time against a decent front row. FvDM authorative as stated above and excellent recovering poor darts. Herbst looks a monster.
