D Humph and Clarke, too small and would not succeed as a Pro rugby player.
Clarke not involved then, but he would have blocked ihumphs path to er Mmmm ah greatness, , so who was in charge of academy, identifying talent back then.

He played in Dungannon up to 2006 then moved to Rotherham

Does it really matter, he went away and proved the doubters wrong, fair play to the lad, now if the present Ulster team would do the same then they too could beat the 2 best Irish provinces in a semi-final and final, though I won't hold my breath waiting.....congrats Exeter and Scarlets on the magnificent wins today.
