Episode Four is live and can be accessed right HERE!

Amazingly this week you can get the podcast on SoundCloud with iTunes, Acast etc. to follow shortly.

As always, feedback much appreciated and keep firing in those listeners' questions for us to discuss!

As it's a Sunday game, this week's podcast is being recorded tomorrow, and we are taking any listeners' questions you want answered so fire them all in!

And this week we will indeed have an answer as to when Les' contract runs out...

Who are the best prospects currently in the academy?

What happens when CL goes in February (as per current contract situation) ie what should Ulster do? Another signing or go with Nelson?

Has Rhys O'Donnell left the sub academy? Why? Is this a big blow considering how highly people rate him? Should he not have been in the full academy?

Thanks

Unless the answer to the last question is "today" would you mind waiting until Baggy is safely exiled in Spain before revealing the answer? Not sure the oul boy could take it otherwise! :D

Considering the average tenure of a FTSE 100 company chief executive is 5.25 years, has Shane Logan at 7.5 years been in his position too long? Ignoring the clear success on and off the field we have enjoyed....... I would hate for things to go stale. Could this happen?

And linked to ths, what are your thoughts on Ulster sticking by him until next season, with the clear risk that if it doesn't work out, it could be difficult to find a good replacement at that time?
