PSA: Online Order Refunds

Post by Russ »

Public Service Announcement

Which.co.uk has released a handy guide on what to do and how in order to process a refund of an online order

Please note you have 14 days from receipt of an online order to notify the seller of cancellation and a further 14 days to send back the goods

The seller MUST provide functionality on the point of sale for refunds

Try not to title posts with 'PSA' when we're looking for a new coach, thanks.

but if your "goods" (the season ticket) haven't been delivered do you not have a strong case for cancelling.

That's what Which are saying

In an at length deal you have 14 days from delivery of goods to notify cancellation

UR must make a refund option available through the point of sale

Anyone got the number for KRW Law?

Just send an email about spit and your membership will be revoked.

They might even give you a refund for the full value of a season ticket.

Would happily take PSA over Mr Friend. Sale were an exceptional team to watch when he was in charge and Toulon weren't too shoddy on his watch either (though with the recources they had you'd probably expect that). The France job has been a poison challice for years.

It wouldn't work here though.
