Quite correct.Their solicitors job was to get the best result possible for their clients - not to get them back playing at Ulster. So when it became apparent that the IRFU were gutless, clueless hacks, who had done next to no planning to manage the PR of the situation (because ultimately this was a PR problem), and equally that UR in the guise of Logan not only didn’t have their back, was in fact actively trying to sabotage them, the best result was obviously to take the IRFU for what they could get and move on.

Interesting that a statement today from Alan Bell of AJ Bell who says they did not object to them being hired.
I still think something will happen in the closed season and all will be well.
The burst of press is subsiding about them, the loons in ROI will be smug when the referendum goes their way and will crawl back under their rocks for another while.

Take your lead from Father Jack when asked what you'd say to a cup of tea.

Good, I have a lock of quid with A.J.Bell and I was feeling somewhat conflicted. I would hate to be associated with anyone so unethical, but my conscience is now clear.Rooster wrote:Interesting that a statement today from Alan Bell of AJ Bell who says they did not object to them being hired.

Hadn’t noted that on top of the judgement in favour of the BBC Jackson also accepted judgement against him in another case against a journalist....

And yet 90% of Ulster supporters can’t shift the CEO.. they are however better organised, coordinated and placed.. can’t wait to see the level of protest for the qualifying game but suspect it will fall flat... the only thing that would drag me thru the gate would be a proper protest..Snipe Watson wrote:the whole of society is screwed.
