Replacement coach

I'm sure there's a thread for this somewhere, but I didn't find it.
What are we looking for in our new coaching set up?
For me, someone who can get the forwards working effectively, and instil a winning attitude; someone who is well respected and has a network of players that want to come and work with them. Someone from further than Lisburn.
What's more likely is we grab the first bloke who's available having been sacked for their current team underperforming.
