I don't think they're in it.
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

I saw Jonno Gibbes was bemoaning the lack of penetration in our play yesterday. Maybe someone could staple a note to Dwayne Peel's forehead, with mirror writing saying just two words - DARREN CAVE - before the play-off.

It would certainly be the biggest come back since Mark Hamill!

It was pretty clear we were getting arm wrestled out of it after half time. Had IH not been injured I’d have fancied us for the win. The line out nigh on capitulated. O’Connor is a grafter but small, treadwell an absolute waste of space at the moment, and both Munster 2nd rows although limited were bigger. The scrum came under massive pressure from the Munster changes. Gibbes held off as long as he could as he clearly didn’t fancy the replacements to add real impetus. What did surprise me was how long to took to see Henry on. He’s good for a dogfight, really experienced. Noticeable lack of game time recently.....another changing of the guard player.

Although he’s getting a very tough education at the moment at scrum time. I love the attitude I’ve seen from O’Toole so far. Abrasive carrier, athletic, physical at the breakdown. I hope he keeps a good injury profile going forward, he may only be 19 but the character on show so far is exactly what I want to see in an ulster player.

Young Curtis is a player, and can handle himself.

Honourable mention to Ross Kane. Good game, hopefully he can stay fit next season.

Yes, we lacked penetration. There’ll probably be a movie about our penetration.

Mind looking forward to seeing it in the Jet Centre but fecking sold out. Enjoyed the Turtles anyway.
FFFS Damo, I've just lost a degree of respect for you pal, that is exactly the sort of thing I abhor.

I know it is reasonable that we should not all think alike, but this stretches credulity, it's as much garbage as that ridiculous Star Wars shyte. Fu'ck me but I loathe SciFi. I suppose Blakes 7 was ok when I was a kid because I'd have liked to work a lying week on Sally Kyvnette (yes I had to look her up) but that is the height of it.
NEVER MOVE ON. Years on, I cannot ever watch Ireland with anything but indifference, I continue to wish for the imminent death of Donal Spring, the FIRFUC's executioner of Wee Paddy & Wee Stu, and I hate the FIRFUCs with undiminished passion.

Sorry Baggy, but yer aul Head has lost something over the years. You’re of a similar vintage to myself and for our childhood trouser tents, we surely have to put Alexandra Lendon Bastedo at the top of the pile. Jayzus sur thon was a Woman.

Ulster rugby players lacking penetration, now that’s a news story.

Oh they existed alright, need a pound of liver and some Baby Gem lettuce in there for grip.

I thought the lack of Ulster penetration is not only well known, but a jury has confirmed it to be fact.
