Correct. Kings player off his feet on the wrong side of the ruck, AOC led slightly with the shoulder (to the torso) to get him to move. Technically illegal, but you could give a yellow card at every ruck if thats now the measure. Trying to get any sort of meaningful bind on a player off his feet isnt something ive ever found a way of doing.
