2 year deal. Signed for 17/18 season, so yes out of contract in the summer.

Take your pick between between 55-13 v Glaws in 2004/05 or 49-7 v Tigers in 2003/04. Or if you are going by points shipped the 60-22 game in Toulon in 2014/15.
Mike McComish took on Toulon's 'galacticos' single handed.

Thank Jaysus I had an awful feeling he has a 3-year deal. The link is hilarious:
Commenting on the arrival of van der Merwe, Director of Rugby Les Kiss said:

“Schalk is a talented player who I’ve been really impressed by – he was the cornerstone of the Lions scrum that dominated for a couple of Super Rugby seasons.
Most say TH has to be the cornerstone of your pack - but not Kiss, like SmallMind all he knew was when they're boiled, ate them.

However, I also very much doubt that a pack can dominate SA rugby with a lemon puff at loosehead, so WTFF has happened to Schalk the Farmer in the meantime?

Am I mistaken or did Wasps not knock our ballix in, to the tune of 50+ many moons ago, maybe last century? Might even have been as big a thrashing as the Munster game, can't be sure.

I'm not sure about 13. I thought Curtis did ok. There could be an argument to play Addison at 13 but that might mean Nelson playing. With Leicester playing boshball the centres may need to be as robust as possible.

Well remembered Baggy though not quite as bad as the other week. Still, we did win the Cup the following year.

The home attendances for that campaign are interesting.

You are correct BT. All of these defeats were away from home. In terms of home ones, I remember a very good Scarlets team do a number on Ulster on a very wet January day (11-35 Jan 2007)

This is the weakest Tigers team to visit the province. 3 weeks ago no-one would have said a defeat was acceptable. Another home defeat against a team we should be beating at home would really knock confidence.

Good old Nokia phones. Not like the smartphones of nowadays that are lumped into a tub of rice giving you nothing but false hope.
