Jones and McBurney looked good. Tommy O'Hagan seemed to shore up the scrum but the guy has no luck when it comes to injuries. Other than that it was a woeful night.

Cooney is completely off form. McPhillips not near good enough. When you take Best and Hendo out of the pack it becomes very soft.

Ultimately this is a mere side show. The main event comes tommorrow.

Both 2nd rows weren't great in my eyes, don't know where this Nagle has dog thing is coming from. Some of Nagle's form in the scrum looked downright shocking

Maybe Nonplussed - but we're coming down with 15s while we have a useful journeyman and a club player at 10. Lowry is the real deal and he is older than Paddy Jackson was when he was playing as our first choice 10.
