Herbst, AOC and Warwick return from injury this week. Tommy O'Hagan sustained a significant ankle injury. Marcell suffered a concussion, but I would not have expected him to feature anyway.

Backs:

Dave, Billy, AK47, Stu, Hume, Stockcube, Nelson

Stewart, McPhillips, Cave

Would be nice to think that Lowry will be involved but he seems to have disappeared.

All I’m hoping for is to come out of it without adding to the injury list.

Do we think the likes of Best and Stockdale will be in the 23 this week or held back for the Racing and Tigers games?

An away game v the Mexicans who will be up for it after the game in Limerick, I would rest them.

No injuries would be good.

Dry and not too cold as well, ideally.

Me too mate but then I would have selected the previous two teams differently to accommodate that.

Stockdale was available for the last game by all accounts and they both started at the RDS last year.

UR didn't mention Gilroy, Lyttle, Lowry, Hume etc. in their injury update. I'm told Lyttle is fit again but I don't know if he will be involved.

I think Gilroy felt his back again before Chrimbo.

Hopefully Lyttle will get another chance to show that he can play games and stay fit.

Do Ulster only mention players who have full contracts when it comes to injury?

When are Rangers playing Ulster? Is that football or rugby?
From the rolling glens of Antrim through the hills of Donegal we will stand and shout for Ulster as we win both scrum and maul from the lovely lakes of Fermanagh tae the shores of ould Lough Gall we will scream and shout for Ulster as we beat them one and all!
