How can they enforce the ban?
Simple, they can’t unless they get a banning order , which I assume they have not done as there has be no application made in the courts this year.

So if he rocks up to Ravers and watching the game and doing nothing wrong the police have absolutely no power to evict him.
And eventsec cannot put a hand on him as they are there to steward the event not provide security which sometimes they forget .
Mark Simpson, are you on this one yet?

• Permission to enter or to remain within the stadium, notwithstanding possession of any ticket, is at the absolute discretion of Kingspan Stadium, its stewards or agents.
This would seem to give them the right to refuse any person entry or to require a person to leave even if they are in possession of a valid ticket. But as you point out the stadium staff would not be legally permitted to physically remove him/her which makes the actual enforcement difficult if the person chooses to disobey.
Paul.

PWR, without a banning order they have no legal authority to remove him, yes they can prevent him getting access but without the formal banning order I am afraid they have no power to remove. As also pointed out where said person can go to Aviva even to Zebre

What happened to the copy of the Stadium Regulations that was kindly posted for our information... I was hoping to clarify why if an offence for unauthorised person to enter the pitch a so-called well known supporter from these pages and the terraces was not ejected according to the laws when appended and removed from the pitch during such an evasion.

Maybe a law for one and such forth..

Anyway I would also like to add my congratulation to UR and particularly our new CEO for the manner in which he took personal control of this matter and expedited it so quickly. Any reference I previously made regarding investigations was directed towards some of the antics that had gone before and I for one wonder how the Coleraine incidents may have resolved although I was advised that was more a matter for the UB than UR.. I stand to be corrected if any UB embers can advise.

I thought Twitter was specifically designed as a communication tool for complete tools.

It's clearly working.

Twitter is a cesspool. It represents the worst of humanity. I include the Nazis in that.
