Made the break for the winning try as well. 2 weeks now he’s looked really good
You've got to get your first tackle in early, even if it's late.

Ulster Rugby is pleased to announce that Alan O’Connor, Ross Kane, Dave Shanahan and Rob Lyttle have signed contract extensions.

Alex Thompson looked very good for Banbridge against Malone a couple of weeks ago. He had to go off shortly after halftime and it made a big difference to the match to Malone's benefit.
Think he may be a loss to Ulster.

Any idea why he played so little for Ulster Rocky, in fact not sure I remember seeing him play once?

It's a massive step up to pro rugby.. There's a litany of players who shone at AIL level but couldn't make the step up.
