Premier Sports 2 / Eir Sport 1

So with the playoff game next weekend, what sort of team selection can we expect? Mixed team or full on reserves?

Leinster will probably send the 3s after their Heineken Semi Final on Sunday and with Saracens on the horizon.

Sounds like it’s going to be Captain Caveman.

Busby back three.

Could be McPhillips at 10 and Nelson at 15 ?

Nagle not allowed to play?

Sounds like it will be a second string affair. Give the likes of McBurney, Tom O'Toole, Mattie Rea et al, a run out. A few experienced heads in there too. DC will hopefully start.

Talk of a debut for Marcus Rea. Matty could play second row? O’Hagan will presumably be involved.

Glad I’m flying over for the deadest of all dead rubbers!

Don’t really care what team is field as long as they have the fight for every inch mentality.
However disappointed in the Ulster PR pitch as the pivotal match of the season pitch.

Hoping we can secure a win regardless!

Looks like it could be a case of watching — and listening to — who the hell is he — a lot of players on both sides looking to renew their contracts or up grade from Academy to Development .

And while it may seem a wasted game from a spectators point of view - the coaches will be taking great interest in all the players .

While u20 internationals etc allow you to compare players to their international équivalent à comparison to interprovincial équivalents in a competitive mixed age game may give a better assessment of potential
.

DC captain in what could well be his last match at Ravenhill, I expect 2 teams of A siders and academy players, should be good to see what could be some of our starters for next season.

Seems to be quite a few tkts left if any of youse are waiting for the general sale.

Some gurnin on bakebook from the prom samich brigade not getting their "usual seats". They don't seem to get that a quarter of all categories are unavailable so it would be impossible in many cases.

Ballix! Wrong thread :banghead:

Still tickets for the Leinster match as well though Mervyn as ticket exchange has not even opened, no doubt the part time fans won't turn out to see the future players in action, you would however think some would show up to see Cave end a 13 year career in Ulster.

Anyway thon ones whinging are the normal whingers anyway, I reckon it won't sell out anyway, if some had any sense they would have used the link sent to anyone who subscribed to Connacht rugby and bought their tickets that way, needless to say I didn't offer that loophole as a method of procurement ImageImageImage

This game has now hit the 85% sold mark, the ticket exchange is open for business. Ticketmaster showing availability in the Family Terrace, one part of the East Terrace and a single seat in the end block of the Memorial Stand.

Maybe for a contract elsewhere, but then I don't know his contract situation.
