Is that actually true?

Are there perhaps other things that are sadder?

Perhaps Neil could consider the alternatives and let us know the multiple and various options, along with percentage likelihood of those occurring, for you* to read?

Don't forget to colour-code, Neil.

Link to Youtube live stream of the draw from 1pm UK Time. Challenge Cup 1st, so maybe around 1:15pm for the Heineken Cup.

No problem. Leinster get the easy group. Munster not so easy. Connacht go to Mr Brennan's pub.

Is there an easier way to Clermont than the fairly lengthy train journey from Paris?

We don't do hiring cars though.

At first glance you'd expect both Leinster and Toulouse to qualify fairly easily, but the other three pools could all be fairly tight affairs. You'd also expect Clermont to be heavy favourites for our group, but the draw could have been a lot worse (c.f. Munster). Playing well we should have a decent shot of getting out of that group.

Lyon is probably slightly handier, it's about two hours drive from Clermont. At the minute you have to fly out to there from Dublin which adds some of the saved time back on, but Easyjet are to start flying there (infrequently) from December, so depending on the schedule it might definitely be the best option.

Does anyone know if the scheduling of the rounds is to change this year at all with the world cup?
