Email arrived just before 10 but we were unable to complete the purchase using ticketb@stard. Phoned branch and got sorted saving almost 30 quid in the process

Likewise, tried Ticketmaster and no deal there.
Phoned club and sorted in a few moments.
At £2.50 admin. fee it is probably cheaper than T-M.
Going through Heathrow (Avios) as prices via Bristol and Birmingham rather prohibitive.

Tried searching through the history but can't find if there is a definitive statement as to a % of tickets that an away team can request. UR told me they had got 800 tickets and Bath has a capacity of 14500 so this is only a tad over 5%.

Was very surprised to see the Rec's capacity is 14,500 as I always thought it was only around 10,000. Even at that, I think we are entitled to up to 25% of tickets. Worth emailing UR and asking the question perhaps?

It used to be 15% for pool games and 25% for knockout stages under the old ERC Heineken cup regulations. Not sure that the new super-duper cup has the same regulations or transparency.

I thought it was 10% for pool games and 25% for knockout games. 10% would be 1,450. I wonder did Ulster request their full allocation?

I think I read that they did take the full allocation.

The wife managed to get them this time (after being severely reprimanded for failing to do so on Monday).

Terrace.
