Tommy Bowel was shapping at Tesco this afternoon, shorts and leg brace on... He saw me but obviously a bit embarrassed to say hello, but I could hear him say to his Mrs that he saw Fleg buying some milk and crusty bread as I passed.

Tommy Bowe doing press up's in Spar on Ravenhill Road. Feck me keep it for tomorrow against Leinster and don't do yourself an injury.
