Tigers - Tickets and Travel Jan '19

Post by Neill_M »

Hi,

Just a heads up that the tickets for the game in Leicester can be bought from their website. The Caterpillar Stand is now the Holland & Barrett Stand and what was the Holland & Barrett Stand & Terrace is now the Breedon Stand & Terrace.

Is the latter not really still the Crumbie stand? Next thing you'll be telling me there's no prom at Ravenhill.
Can I come out from behind the sofa yet?

5 of us heading to this. Booked over the weekend - return flights to Luton for £42.

Flights, accommodation, 2 days car hire and match tickets for under £100. :fleg:

My last away trip in England was the game in the snow at the Rec in Bath when Nevin scored in the corner on his face. Good times.

Fair enough Russ. I'll drink as little as possible.

The pub near the ground is pretty good - the natives were friendly on the whole.

Stayed there after the game last season.

We’re in the big stand.

Could see bugger all on that terrace last time.

Can’t decide whether to have a curry before the game or after.

The (new) Holland and Barrett Stand for us. Probably smack in the middle of tigers fans as usual...

Duffys Bar seems to be the go-to place to watch the other games this weekend in Leicester. The South Wales crew are basing themselves there.

Anyone remember this from 2014? Great crack after the match. Leicester are a class club.
