The charachteristics list could describe half the punters on the terrace.

More than you think MUM one of the parents of Cara is Ulster Glade and that was bred by the renowned potato breeder John Clarke from Ballintoy, most of the spuds he bred were Ulster .....
He even had an Ulster Knight which is in the breeding of the chippies favourite Maris Piper.

And that us my bit of culinary information for this week.

Still no mention of this on the UR site. Surely the squad should be travelling to this in the next day or so.....

Ulster away on flight to Boston this morning, will have saved a fortune by not going when Connacht did.

Ulster will play Connacht Eagles on Wednesday (20th March) at Union Point Sports Complex in Weymouth, before taking on the New England Free Jacks at the same venue next weekend (Sunday 24th March).
Those two teams played each other on Saturday, with the Irish side prevailing 7-38 against the Major League Rugby outfit.
Nine members of the Abbey Insurance Ulster Academy are among those named in the squad; Zack McCall, Jack Regan, Joe Dunleavy, David McCann and Marcus Rea in the forwards, and Graham Curtis, Bruce Houston, Stewart Moore and Iwan Hughes in the backs.
McCann and Callum Reid join the panel after helping Ireland U20s secure a Six Nations Grand Slam triumph on Friday evening.
Senior Ulster squad players Ross Kane, Caleb Montgomery, Johnny McPhilips and Jack Owens are also selected by coaches Kieran Campbell and Willie Anderson.
