Shuttle bus no-show.
Was at the pick-up point at approx 9:35 on Friday night...bus didn't show...anyone else experience this?

Almost a full week and still no reply from U/R to this query.
They advertise it as running up to one and a half hours after the end of match. I was well within that time frame...maybe they don't want people to spend money after the game.
Not very encouraging.

Feck sake whose training these bus drivers...the SAS!UR might have difficulty in getting them to 'fess up about what happened to leave you standing
Don't care if they come up with a b/s yarn...i'm just looking for reassurance that nothing has changed and i can depend on the service in future providing i'm within the time frame.
Or is it a case of i'm the only complainant, so we can just ignore him?
