What was the shortlisting criteria?

There's a few strange inclusions there: Tommy Bowe?, Jared Payne? and one glaring ommission: Stefan Terblanche?
Volunteer at an animal sanctuary; it will fill you with joy , despair, but most of all love, unconditional love of the animals.

fixed. Payne is there as an Ulster player.
except fixing it has reset the poll... so voting has to start again. :(
